TERMS OF AGREEMENT
Recognizing Q Star Internet Solutions doing business as GreatLeague.com as the "seller" and
yourself as the "buyer" of the premium membership, you agree to the following terms. The buyer
recognizes that holding a premium membership on GreatLeague.com is a privilege held by the few and any and
all funds paid to purchase said memberships are entirely non-returnable and non-refundable. The buyer
recognizes and accepts that the FIRST payment is a setup charge for the account and the payment billed
one month later is payment for the first month of service already used, and the following payments are also
billed for the month of service just used. Additionally, a buyer wishing to purchase more than one month
on each purchase must pay the equivalent of a one month charge as the setup charge. The buyer waives
any and all rights to refunds or chargebacks providing the seller sets up the account and "delivers"
the membership to the buyer. The seller shall "deliver" the membership product to the buyer by simply
setting up, and making fully functional shortly after the purchase, the buyer's premium membership.
The buyer knows before the purchase, and is fully aware of these Terms of Agreement, that s/he is
purchasing an entirely non-returnable and non-refundable product and agrees to pay the price as agreed for
the membership providing the seller delivers the membership benefits. The seller agrees to "deliver"
the membership no later than 48 hours, but within 2 hours when possible, of the first or full payment
for that membership by the buyer. Additionally, life time memberships are permanently owned by their
purchaser and can never at any time be re-sold or transferred to anyone else. Life time memberships
expire upon death of the owner.
