THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME ("Terms"), ARE A BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN GREATLEAGUE.COM ("we") AND YOU ("you"). YOU MUST READ AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS BEFORE USING THE GREATLEAGUE.COM WEBSITE (the "Site") OR ANY SOFTWARE, GAMES, APPLICATIONS, FEATURES OR FUNCTIONALITY AVAILABLE ON OR THROUGH THE SITE (COLLECTIVELY, THE "SERVICE"). BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.

Access to and use of the GreatLeague.com Web site (the "Web site") is provided subject to these terms and conditions. The staff and members of GreatLeague.com leagues agree to these terms by playing in or joining or creating leagues on GreatLeague.com.

GreatLeague.com allows members to create and run gaming leagues online. Members and staff of GreatLeague.com agree to abide by this Terms of Service Agreement.

This Terms of Service Agreement applies to all members and staff on GreatLeague.com leagues and GreatLaague.com may change this Agreement as needed. GreatLeague.com will inform the GreatLeauge.com leagues community of changes made in this Agreement.

WEB SITES LINKED FROM GREATLEAGUE.COM

GreatLeague.com is not responsible for the content of web sites that our leagues may link to from their league web sites. In some instances leagues may be required to remove link to inappropriate web sites.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

The GreatLeague.com league hosting service, web site, and all associated premium memberships and services are provided "as is" and no warranty otherwise is offered or claimed. In no way will GreatLeague.com be responisible for issues outside the control of GreatLeague.com in the providing of this service, such as loss of internet access or breakdown of computer equipment used by members or staff of GreatLeague.com leagues.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

GreatLeague.com will not incur more liability than that provided for by the state and federal laws which apply to the provision of service such as that provided by GreatLeague.com.

ACCOUNT TERMINATION

GreatLeague.com may remove members and/or their accounts from the GreatLeague.com system or Greatleague.com leagues for violation of this Agreement.

CONTENT POSTED ON THE WEBSITE

GreatLeague.com prohibits posting or linking of use of any of the following types of content on GreatLeague.com league web sites or user-created web sites link from GreatLeague.com league web site: Profanity, Illegal Content, pornography, * Promotion of racism or violence, Hate speech, or Anti-American or pro-terrorist propaganda.

GreatLeague web sites and league sites shall never host, include, or serve any virus, worm, backdoor, spyware, adware, or any malicious software or code intended to harm the server or a user computer.

MEMBER BEHAVIOR

Members and Staff of GreatLeague.com are expected, and required by this agreement, to comply with the Terms of Service of their gaming sites and any other sites used for their leagues (web hosts, etc.) in the administration of their leagues on GreatLeague.com. All members will be expected to respect and show civility to all other members and staff of all GreatLeague.com leagues.

Any and all disputes that shall arise between any members of one GreatLeague.com hosted league and another shall only be resolved or mediated by GreatLeague.com support staff. Any effort or attempt to "take the law into ones own hands" as it regards these Terms or our Terms of Use shall be deemed to be in violation of these Terms and also in violation of the Terms of Use when done by league staff.

SPAMMING AND RECRUITING

Members shall not send mass e-mails or mass communications using messenger programs to solicit or recruit members of one existing GreatLeague-hosted league to another such league. This includes invites to tournaments as well as invites to join a league. For members to be sure to comply with this, such invites should be sent only to members of their own league, posted in their own gaming lobby, or sent to players that are not members of any GreatLeague-hosted league.

PRIVACY POLICY

Our Privacy Policy governs use of the Web site and the Service.

INDEMNIFICATION. You agree to hold GreatLeague.com and Q Star Internet Solutions, and their subsidiaries, affiliates (for example, those listed at www.qstaris.com), officers, directors, employees, agents, attorneys, and suppliers, and each of their respective successors and assigns (collectively, the "Indemnified Persons"), harmless from, and indemnify them for, all damages, costs, expenses and other liabilities, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, relating to any claim arising out of or related to: (i) your access to and use of the games, software, and other aspects of the Service and the Content; (ii) your violation of these Terms, and any applicable law or the rights of another person or party; (iii) any dispute you have with any user of the Service and any dispute you have related to any merchant or advertising found on or through the Service; (iv) GreatLeague.com’s resolution (if any) of any dispute you have with any user of the Service; (v) your improper authorization for GreatLeague.com to collect, use or disclose any Content provided by you; and (vi)any disclosures made with your permission.
